
Senior Leadership Team

Dr. Steven Flora, Senior Pastor: Steve and Karan came to MCC from Spokane, Washington in 2008. They have been married since 1981 and have 3 sons, Travis, Brett finishing university, and Alex in grade 12. Steve has his Masters and Doctorate in Marriage & Family From Talbot School of Theology and a Master of Theology in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. Steve has 27 years of pastoral ministry with 10 of those as a Senior Pastor. His hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, reading, and travel.

Mark Jaffrey, Worship Pastor: Mark grew up in Liverpool in UK where he developed a deep attachment to Liverpool football. Mark and his wife Felicity have lived in Cairo with their two daughters Holly and Hannah for over eight years, during which Mark has led MCC's worship ministry. Skip Krupa, Director of Administration: Skip & Bonnie Krupa moved to Egypt in 1997 and have attended MCC since they arrived. Skip, retired from Los Angeles School District in 1990 and open MastersCraft Home Repair business before coming to Egypt. Skip enjoys using his talents in repairing and fixing most anything. Skip felt an increasing call to serve in the church and joined the MCC staff in 2011.

Amy Widener, Director of Family Ministries: Amy originally hails from Texas, but has lived in Egypt for over 15 years. She has a Master's Degree from Denver Seminary. She was once MCC's Youth Pastor for 10 years, and returned in 2009 to serve in the area of Family Ministries (which includes youth, children, and women).
Sunday Sikod, African Ministries: Sunday is originally from Cameroon in West Africa. He has a passion to make African disciples and recently married Irene, also from Cameroon. Sunday also pastors the Church of the Redeemed.
